Dani, Nanny
(Voicemail: 510-574-0835 ext 914 | Email: dani@theanimalnanny.com)
Dani was born and raised in the Bay Area. After high school she worked as an after-school day care provider. Dani joined The Animal Nanny when she needed a job with more flexible hours so she could go to college. This turned out to be perfect since she loves animals, likes variety, enjoys being active and loves to drive. Dani is certified Pet CPR and First Aid. Additionally, Dani now considers herself an expert on getting around the local area, from all the driving she has done as a Nanny. Dani's hobbies include playing piano, writing stories and poetry, reading, and making beaded jewelry.

Debbie, Nanny(Voicemail: 510-574-0835 ext 905 | Email: debbie@theanimalnanny.com)
Debbie works for The Animal Nanny part-time, around her other career in banking. Debbie is a volunteer with Island Cats Resources and Adoptions (ICRA).  She can often be found staffing the mobile adoption site at Petco in Alameda on Saturdays.  Debbie is also a long-time volunteer with Pets in Need in Redwood City.  She often fosters cats and kittens for both of these organizations. Debbie currently lives with 6 cats, although that number changes frequently when she is fostering kittens! Don’t let all of her work with cats fool you, though. Debbie loves being able to get her dog fix in by pet sitting dogs, too. Debbie knows sign language and has taken a correspondence course on veterinary technician training in order to expand her knowledge of animal physiology and health issues. Debbie is trained in Pet First Aid and CPR.

Frank, Nanny(Voicemail: 510-574-0835 ext 903 | Email: frank@theanimalnanny.com)
Frank has an empathy for things living and really enjoys his work as a Nanny, caring for pets. He looks forward to each day's opportunities with all of his animal friends. Frank's hobbies include computers and music. His musical tastes run the gamut from early 1920’s society bands to operetta to some classical pieces. Frank hopes to be on stage someday performing his own musical compositions on the electric violin. In addition to his work for The Animal Nanny, Frank is an A+ Certified Computer Technician.

KC, Nanny
(Voicemail: 510-574-0835 ext 907 | Email: kc@theanimalnanny.com)
KC moved to the Bay Area in 1991 after getting her Registered Veterinary Technician License.  She worked at several area hospitals with exotic pet, surgical, dental, and emergency specialties.  KC worked most extensively in a clinic that had a wide range of clients, she dealt with everything from the pocket pets, to ferrets, to birds of all shapes and sizes, and an occasional large reptile.  This clinic also worked with Ohlone Wildlife so raccoons, geese, and birds of prey were also cared for, along with the usual variety of dogs and cats. KC is passionate about caring for all pets (she calls them "The Babies" ) but, her passion for cats led her into rescue work, particularly nursing bottle baby kittens for Furry Friends Rescue and Perfect Cat Rescue.  KC has acquired a number of cats of her own over the years which, she calls her “Pride of Death Row Rejects.”  All of them have their little defects: blind, deaf, or genetic nightmare, but none of them is handicapped.  She someday hopes to have the stories she has written about them published.

Liz, Nanny(Voicemail: 510-574-0835 ext 910 | Email: liz@theanimalnanny.com)
Liz has lived in the Tri-City area for over 20 years. She and her husband have two children, one grown daughter and one teenage son. Liz has specialized in hand-raising abandoned newborn kittens. She has also fostered and helped find new families for 20 dogs while volunteering with Furry Friends Rescue since 1999. Liz is skilled at administering medications and at grooming long-haired cats. Liz is also trained in Pet First Aid and CPR. Liz's family includes two Border Collies competing in flyball, a Golden Retriever trained for therapy work and a number of cats that came to visit but never left.
